Healing Support During Treatment

I guide people through treatment because I have lived this journey myself. I went through 14 months of treatment – chemo, radiation, mastectomy, and targeted therapy – and I understand how physically and emotionally demanding it can be. My lived experience now aligns with my professional training as a nervous system–informed, trauma-informed yoga instructor and health coach. I know what it feels like to navigate fatigue, hormonal changes, being immune-compromised, inflammation, and a nervous system that feels constantly on alert.
 
During treatment and survivorship, I learned that healing is not about pushing harder. It is about helping the body feel safe enough to repair. It is about regulating the stress response, supporting the lymphatic and immune systems, and rebuilding trust in your body slowly and intelligently. Chronic stress and medical trauma can disconnect you from your body’s cues and intuitive wisdom. This work helps you rebuild internal safety, strengthen interoception, feel more empowered and less overwhelmed, and move through treatment with greater calm and confidence.

Private Nervous System Focused Yoga

Therapeutic, oncology-informed yoga designed for bodies in treatment. Focus areas include:
• Nervous system regulation and stress resiliency techniques

1:1 Coaching

Focused on helping you make micro-shifts in stress patterns, habitual responses, and behaviors that no longer serve your body. Coaching helps you:

  • Shift out of chronic stress and fight-or-flight
  • Build stress tolerance and emotional clarity
  • Strengthen body awareness and interoception
  • Navigate treatment with calm, confidence, and presence

Shift Your Mindset: 4-Week Course

A structured 1:1 monthly membership that meets once per week, integrating coaching and movement-based practices to create meaningful, lasting change in how the nervous system responds to stress. This is an integrative process that supports the body and mind in unwinding survival patterns and reinforcing new pathways of safety, regulation, and resilience. Through consistent weekly support, we focus on micro-habits, somatic awareness, and targeted practices that leverage neuroplasticity to help rewire stress responses over time. This work bridges movement, breath, and coaching to support deep integration during treatment and throughout survivorship. Membership is available in four-week or ongoing formats.

I first connected with Ashley Stachon when I was just three weeks pregnant, and from that very first conversation, she was incredibly supportive, warm, and reassuring. Starting around my 16th week, I began attending her prenatal yoga classes religiously twice a week and I continued all the way until I gave birth.

Ashley is an amazing and deeply knowledgeable teacher. She is incredibly supportive and attentive she is to every woman in the room, regardless of physical level or where each of us is in our pregnancy journey. The setting was an intimate group where each of us could openly share our story, and I left feeling both empowered and validated. Ashley shared a wealth of knowledge on tools to use during labor that covered breathwork, positioning, movement and mindset. We learned about what to expect for each stage of labor, and which tools are most useful for each stage. She shared tips for a variety of types of birth, so that we can be prepared for whatever is to come. I went into the workshop not realizing some of the fears that I was carrying around birth. Having a dedicated time to write them out and then discuss with the group really eased a lot of my anxieties. Knowledge truly is power.
